		<description>A wonderful and affordable option is Real Salt, which is mined in Utah (see realsalt.com), in the same manner as the expensive Himalayan stuff.  I was introduced to Real Salt while working in the gourmet foods industry a decade ago, and it&#039;s been my home kitchen&#039;s standard all-purpose salt ever since.  The flavor is light and clean, and it presents well at a fancy party in little salt cellars: fine grained with maroon and pink flecks.
Best of all, it&#039;s available in the bulk food section at Oliver&#039;s.

I was getting down with the black salt, just wetting my finger and slurping on the black shards of spicy pumice. I was in heaven -- the steak was good too i guess.
