Really? Is that why 2/3 of the countys “space” is covered with grapes. I see this daily and think–I wish all this space was being used for something better than creating a delightful beverage errrrr….alcohol and all the crap that comes with it. Maybe people could live in some of these areas and spread out a little instead of being crammed in city limits.

Producing wine in Arizona??? Wouldn’t have pictured that. Then again, one of my favorite sparkling wines is from New Mexico. I had read an article about this guy being big into wine in the Speculator a few years back. At that point, he was all about Australian Wines. Meh.
