My son & I went there last Sunday for Brunch. The service was mediocre-we sat for a long time without menus or drinks.
I ordered their specialty- the fried chicken & waffle dish for a pricey $18.
The dish finally arrived after a very long wait-chicken was a small breast and drumstick with a burned waffle piled alongside, I sent the waffle back. My son ordered the biscuits & gravy for $13 and it arrived with one biscuit covered sparsely with gravy (they provided more gravy on request). I sent my waffle back and waited over 20 minutes before requesting french fries, so I waited almost 30 minutes for them to correct the bad dish. These are cheap dishes to make and seemed very overpriced for what you got. Food is good, but they need to work on training serving staff-at those prices people expect good service. We won’t be back.

My mouth is still salivating after reading that awesome article on your restaurant! Way to go Press Democrat! Hope it brings in more business for you guys. I know I was just reminded just how much I need to come for visit and some tasty oysters!…and pie!
