		<description>Annon: you&#039;re confusing their coffee with Peet&#039;s or other dark roasters.  The Goat has been dedicated to light/medium roasting since they began (read the darn review). I just learned quite a bit by reading the Coffee Review piece (it&#039;s the March review).  Thanks for posting this.  I finally figured out why dark roasted coffee is so bad: it&#039;s essentially burned! Charcoal.
Just bought an Ethiopia Koratie from Flying Goat: Incredible!
These guys rock.
