I am not very computer literate, in fact hardly at all, I don’t know what URL means. But I am very interested in your chickens and I want to know if I can work voluntarily at your farm for a chicken and eggs in exchange. I can provide good character references and would love to work around your chickens and your other animals. I live in Sebastopol.

Have just discovered my Planet Organics guy will deliver these right to my door! We’ve roasted 2 so far and they are amazing, tender but filling meat so you need less for each meal, and yes the dark meat is all edible, no gristle and low fat, plus with that heritage flavor I just think you’re getting more eats for your $ than the $10 roasted Rocky at whole foods or whatever. And I just can’t justify having a less local, less naturally, humanely raised chicken just to save a few bucks. Instead, I load my plate w more grains, greens and sides and save money that way – which is how we should be eating anyway!

After reading the article in PD I bought one of your chickens at Oliver’s. Cooked it very simply, pan roast, salt, pepper, olive oil. We both agreed that it was by far the best tasting chicken we’ve had. I normally buy Mary’s or Rosie’s but from now on it’s Gleason’s or nothing.
