These cookies are super sweet, but have great peanut butter flavor and are amazingly fast and easy when you’re in a hurry. With a glass of cold milk, you can’t miss. If you’re not a chunky fan, you can substitute creamy peanut butter and add a little flour to firm up the batter.
Recipe: Korinn
1 1/2 c chunky peanut butter
1 c granulated sugar
2 egg whites, unbeaten
2/3 c white chocolate chips
Blend peanut butter and sugar. Add egg whites and mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips. Roll into walnut size balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
