Swedish Honey Cookies

Swedish Honey Cut Out Cookies

Cream together:
1/2 C. Butter
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Honey
1 Egg

Then Add:
2 C. Flour
1/2 t. Soda
1/2 t. Salt
1 t. Coriander
1/4 t. Cinnamon
Stir into a soft dough and chill in waxed paper.
Roll out to 1/8 in. and cut with cookie cutters.
Bake at 375 for 5-7 min.

Serve with a cup of hot cider, hot chocolate or a glass of cold milk!
Yum.
