Cochon 555

The King and Queen of Pork defend their title Sunday, January 29, 2012 in Napa against chefs from around the Bay Area. Last year, the duo won top honors, competing against chefs from each of the 10 competition cities. Cochon 555 is a whole hog event featuring 5 heritage breed pigs, 5 winemakers and 5 chefs.
