I agree-we are so spoiled here-and we deserve it!
John Lyle is also one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I had the chance to work with him at Fresh and he was wonderful-good cook, has his food priorities in line.
SoCO is lucky he is here now-even if he does not answer my emails!

I was reading a blog a few month ago who made hay ice cream. Seems to be a new trend, as they had tried it in New York, then made some at home in Ireland.

Sonoma County is so lucky to have the ability to go farm to table… John is ONE of many talented, giving chefs we have! It’s great to have chef’s that are honest and true people representing our county. My hat goes off to all our chef’s making a difference in the community.
